Implementation Science Summit
The American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation's Implementation Science Summit, held in Carlsbad, California, in March 2014, launched a transformative program about the science of integrating research into practice.
The summit—which highlighted big-picture thinking, strategies and tools, and the future of implementation science—featured expert speakers from several disciplines. Archived presentations and panel discussions cover topics ranging from conceptual and methodological issues to implementation models and research funding.

Research Mentorship Conference Proceedings
Research Mentorship and Training in Communication Sciences and Disorders is a compendium of presentations featured during a 1993 program sponsored jointly by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation and the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders.
The landmark conference addressed issues, strategies, and approaches that promote research mentorship across settings and disciplines. In these proceedings, individuals from academic, clinical, and research settings explore the most current information about mentoring and related research training data. The 207-page publication includes presentations from more than 20 leaders within and outside the professions of audiology and speech-language pathology.

Treatment Efficacy Conference Proceedings
Treatment Efficacy Research in Communication Disorders is a 265-page compilation of keynote presentations, panel discussions, and data-based treatment studies featured during a 1989 American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation–sponsored conference in San Antonio.
The conference, dedicated entirely to the topic of treatment efficacy research in a variety of speech, language, hearing disorders, was created to provide an opportunity for intense discussions and to encourage an open exploration of the hard issues that face clinical researchers. This publication includes invited speaker presentations and data-based papers.
